E. Raynor, Jr., O.D.
Dr. Raynor was raised in Raleigh, North Carolina. He received his
Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of North
Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1988. He then attended Southern College
of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee, where he received his Doctor
of Optometry in 1992. Dr. Raynor founded Academy Eye Center, Optometry,
PA in 1993. The first office opened in Randleman. There are now
also locations in Biscoe, Thomasville, and Albemarle. He is a member
in good standing of the American Optometric Association and the
North Carolina State Optometric Society.Dr. Raynor married his wife, Tami, in 1992. He enjoys spending time with their children, Madalyn and Ford, and dog, Nate. He is an avid golfer and an obnoxious Tarheel fan.
